Below are sample projects, to  illustrate the way I manage and present status of the  internal/external projects:

CARDONE 2022 - The project required the implementation of the new regulations Electronic Invoice version CFDI 4.0. I had the role of Delivery Manager and PMO for this project to comply with CDFI 4.0 on ERP (SAP).

The project was monitored every week , presenting the stake holders 4 KPIs (Budget, Schedule, Overall and Outcome.

On this meeting we surface the issues in order to resolved as the project evolved.

I maintained a permanent comparison of the actual vs Baseline plan. Inform the stakeholder every devitation.

Every week all issues were identified and documented, also a remediation action plan agreed with the responsibles.
Tracking of compliance of the actions was punctually revisited every week.

The Financial Budget Burn-Down report was reviewed every week with the sponsors and stake holders. And potential deviations were identified on time to avoid exceed the Project Budget.


At the end, the project complied with 100% of Budget, time and Quality. It was a success!!!
